Responsibilities:
- Support ERP system which is an ERP system for car dealer, provide solution (Level 1 & 2) to business users.
- Support all applications, which belong to ERP outspreaded.
- Support CRM system which is an CRM system for OEMs, provide solution (Level 1 & 2) to business users.
- Support all applications, which belong to CRM outspreaded.
- Working with partner, escalating user problem to partner if the problem cannot be solved in Level 1 & 2.
- Working closely with 3rd Level Support to resolve problems cannot be solved in Level 1 & 2.
- Provide service to end users for daily IT support.
Skill Requirements:
- Related working experience in IT Support
- Majored in computer software/applications related.
- Minimum 2 years applications support background, ERP/CRM production support is preferred
- Good ERP/CRM knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience in SQL server and script will be an advantage
- Experience in development will be an advantage
Personal Requirements:
- University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
- German is advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
- Strong analytical skills to analyze problems
