Initial Situation

A customer required complete day-to-day IT operations to support their rapidly growing business. They also required a modernization of their IT infrastructure, and migration of their IT infrastructure to a new cloud-based environment.

Project Description

MCON offered trained engineers for 24/7 support, using a fully-automated ticketing system, dedicated phone support, and on-site services to support the client’s daily operations.

MCON also offered hosting services on a private cloud, using VMware clusters, and the most modern and reliable datacenters both in Asia and in Europe. Thinking always about high availability, the hosting services included clustered solutions, as well as monitoring, administration, security patching, network configuration and data encryption, all with 24/7 support.
