Open position: HR/Admin Assistant in Shanghai
We are looking for a Human Resources/admin assist for our office in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiting in full-recruiting cycle including but not limited to:
- advertising job positions
- pre-screening of candidate profiles
- interview preparation and execution
- offer handling & negotiation
- hiring process follow up
- compensation & benefits related facilitation with global HR in Beijng
- Support ER related issues such as:
- planning, coordination and execution of on-boarding process
- conducting exit interviews and check out process
- Manage and keep forms and database information for the employment process up to date
- Employee leaves and attendance management
- Provide HR related consultation to all employees
- Support training and regular performance reviews
- Assist in scheduling in-office/external meetings, employee programs and events in compliance with department needs
- Office daily admin tasks including but not limited to:
- foreign employee visa issues (facilitating external visa agency)
- local employee Hukou or working resident certificate
- arrangements concerning company meetings
- support in managing various office supplies
- Facilitate with global HR department in Beijing in terms of active input to HR department related processes, innovations/improvements
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in HR or admin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to work alone & un-managed and to work as part of a team when required
