Support Center Team Assistant

MCON China is looking for a team assistant to administer the end user interface for a busy and dynamic helpdesk at client site. The role includes administration of asset management lifecycle, manage the hotline, ticket dispatch, checkin and checkout inventory, computer installation and vendor communications.


Core Job Requirements:

  • Administer client asset management from purchasing, inventory control, through to device retirement
  • Monitor and dispatch IT request and incident tickets to helpdesk engineers
  • Monitor helpdesk hotline and support walk in user services
  • Schedule MCON technicians for servicing client end user devices, video conference and VIP
  • Produce reports related to the Support Center inventory and end user records
  • Support all checkin and checkout devices to onboarding and leaving end users
  • Manage the inventory, checking items in and out from suppliers and employees
  • Coordination with vendors for HW repairs
  • Attend all meetings when your presence is requested or required
  • Install OS for end users
  • CISCO IP phone end user records
  • VPN account process and records
  • Quality assurance of support process to meet SLA’s
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as specified by Team Leader and client

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, business administration or communications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assistant role
  • Strong organizational, priority and time management skills with ability to multitask
  • Excellent Office suite skills including Excel and Word
  • Basic IT knowledge in asset management and support is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Highly motivated, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
